Sathasivam, J. When the appeal came up for hearing on 15.06.2006, both in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, none appeared for the appellant. In order to give one more opportunity, the appeal was directed to be listed today. Even today, no one appears for the appellant. The appeal is of the year 1999, we are of the view that there is no need to keep the same on file any longer. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
