Judgment ( 1 ) LEARNED counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the revision petition filed on behalf of petitioner No. 1 bherulal and petitioner No. 10 Smt. Manniya who is said to be second wife of the petitioner No. 1. Accordingly, the revision petition filed on behalf of petitioners No. 1 and 10 is dismissed as not pressed. ( 2 ) HOWEVER, learned counsel appearing for the nonpetitioner no. 2 complainant has no objection if the revision petition filed on behalf of petitioners No. 2 to 9 and 11 to 15 is allowed and the order impugned dated 17. 10. 2005 qua these petitioners is set aside. ( 3 ) HAVING regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the revision petition filed by petitioners No. 2 to 9 and 11 to 15 is allowed. The order impugned dated 17. 10. 2005 qua the petitioners No. 2 to 9 and 11 to 15 is set aside. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
