JUDGMENT : Some of the State Governments and State Legal Authorities have not filed compliance report as directed in the judgment and order dated 13th April, 2006. The Union of India has also not filed the status report. Those who have not filed the reports in terms of the order dated 13th April, 2006 are directed to file the same positively on or before 15th December, 2006. 2. From the office report it appears that some of the Legal Services Authorities/ Boards and State Governments/Union Territories have not been served. Those unserved parties shall be served forthwith through the respective High Courts under which the Authorities or Board may come. It shall be indicated in the notices that the report in terms of the order dated 13th April, 2006 is required to be filed by 15th December, 2006. 3. In respect of the State of Haryana, Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice. The compliance report by the State of Haryana shall also be filed by 15th December, 2006. 4. The FDR which is due to mature on 20th November, 2006 shall further be renewed for one year. 5. The matter is adjourned. Order accordingly.
