Judgment 1. Fir has been recorded against the petitioner for commission of offences under Sections 399/402 IPC and Sec.25 of the Arms Act, 1959 . He is in jail w. e. f. November 21, 2005. Conclusion of the trial is not yet in sight. His counsel states that no other criminal case is pending against him (petitioner ). Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed and during pendency of the trial, petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, faridabad, against two sound local sureties.
