Judgment ( 1 ) BY the instant criminal miscellaneous application,the petitioners submit that by the order dated 26-4-2006, the substantive sentence awarded to the petitioners were suspended by this Court in S. B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 89/2006 in Criminal Revision Petition No. 318/2006; however, the petitioners were directed to appear before this Court on 26-4-2006 itself, though the order was directing the petitioners to appear before this Court on 26-5-2006. It appears that due to typographical error, instead of 26-5-2006, 26-4-2006 has been typed. ( 2 ) IN this view of the matter, in the order dated 26-4-2006 passed in S. B. Criminal Bail Application No. 89/2006, the date of appearance of the petitioners before this Court, instead of 26-4-2006, 26-5-2006 is substituted and it is made clear that the petitioners shall appear before this Court on 26-5-2006. The criminal miscellaneous application stands accordingly disposed of.
