JUDGMENT Road's of Ranchi Town Mr. Vishnu Kumar, Vice-Chairman, R.R.D.A., Mr. R.S. Verma, Administrator, Ranchi Municipal Corporation, and Mr. Suresh Kumar Thakur, Assistant Engineer, Ranchi Municipal Corporation, are present in Court. It is reported that though the copies of second inspection report of the Committee dated 22.9.2006 have been served on the parties, the copy of first inspection report of the Committee dated 15.9.2006 has not been supplied to the parties concerned. 2. Therefore, Registry is directed to supply the copies of the first inspection report of the Committee dated 15.9.2006 to all the counsel for the parties. 3. Perusal of the first inspection report dated 15.9.2006 and second inspection report dated 22.9.2006 shows that most of the road are in bad condition and repairing works have not been taken up by the respondents. Therefore, respondents are directed to take effective steps to comply with the order dated 30.6.2006 and also to make arrangements for the repairing works in respect of the roads which are in bad condition as mentioned in the first report dated 15.9.2006 and second report dated 22.9.2006. 4. It is further reported that apart from 27 roads mentioned in the two inspection reports filed by the Committee, there are other roads which are not in good condition, vide I.A. Nos. 2951/05, 2956/05, 1618/06,2108/06,2622/06,3273/06. 5. The respondents are directed to go through the affidavits of Interlocutory Applications and also to take immediate steps to repair those roads and file report on or before 15.12.2006. 6. All the Officers, who are present today, shall be present in Court on the next date (15.12.2006). Construction of Four Lane N.H. 33 7. In respect of construction of Four Lane National Highway-33, it is submitted by the counsel appearing for the National highway that necessary papers have been sent to the Committee for approval and they are lying in the office of the Committee attached with Highway Ministry and other concerned Ministries. Now the counsel appearing for the Central Government submits that he will get verification about the stage of the file. 8. So, in such a situation, it would be appropriate for this Court to give direction to the Central Government to see that the file is disposed of by giving approval for the same after due consideration as expeditiously as possible. 9.
