Judgment 1. Vide order dated 26.12.2005, concession of interim bail was granted in favour of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and now investigation is complete and final report has been put up in Court for trial. 2. Facts referred to above, has not been controverted by the State counsel, on getting instructions from ASI Guljar Singh. He further statesthat presence of the petitioner is no more necessary for any custodial interrogation. In view of this, this application is allowed and order dated 26.12.2005 is made absolute subject to terms and conditions as envisaged under Sec.438 (2) of Cr. P. C.
