Judgment 1. Vide order dated 27.12.2005, concession of interim bail was granted in favour of the petitioner subject to his joining the investigation. State Counsel, on getting instructions from Ruldu Singh, ASI informs this Court that petitioner has joined the investigation, which is now complete and presence of the petitioner is no more necessary for any custodial interrogation. In view of this, this application is allowed. Order dated 27.12.2005 is made absolute subject to the provisions as envisaged under Sec.438 (2) of Cr. P. C.
