Judgment 1. Vide order dated 26.12.2005, concession of interim bail was granted in favour of the petitioners, subject to their joining the invetigation. State Counsel, on getting instructions from ASI Balwan Singh, informs this Court that the petitioners have been co-operating and now investigation iscomplete. Their presence is no more necessary for any custodial interrogation. In view of the facts mentioned above, this application is allowed and order dated 26.12.2005 is made absolute subject to provisions as envisaged under Sec.438 (2) of Cr. P. C.
