Judgment 1. Vide order dated 26.12.2005, concession of interim bail was granted in favour of the petitioners subject to their joining the investigation. State Counsel, on getting instructions from Ruldu Singh, ASI informs this Court that after investigation, petitioner was found to be innocent and in thefinal report, his name has been put up in Column No.2. In view of this, this application is allowed and order dated 26.12.2005 is made absolute subject to the provisions as envisaged under Sec.438 (2) of Cr. P. C.
