Pursuant to our Order dated 16.11.2005, Mr. Ulhas Shankarrao Bhoite, Deputy Secretary, Energy and Environment of the State of Maharashtra has filed the affidavit. By the said Order we had directed the respondent to furnish the details of the settlement but the affidavit does not contain the terms of settlement. The Secretary, Energy and Environment of the State of Maharashtra will make available the terms of settlement mentioned in para 10 of the counter affidavit filed by the Deputy Secretary for perusal. 3. Post I.A.No.3 after six weeks.
