Judgment 1. It is an admitted fact that during trial, charge was framed. The said order was not challenged by the petitioners. As such the same has become final. No case is made out to quash the FIR, as has been prayed in this application. For exemption of personal appearance of the petitioners,if application is moved, the trial Court shall consider the same very sympathetically. Disposed of.
