Judgment 1. The petitioner claims appointment against the post of Hindi Teacher as a matter of superiority over respondent No.5. A controversy akin to the one raised in the instant writ petition has been disposed of while deciding a case titled as rajesh Kumar V/s. State of Haryana and others (C. W. P. No.5029 of 2006, decided on 30.3.2006 ). In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed in the same terms as Rajesh Kumars case (supra ).
