Judgment M. M. KUMAR, J. 1. The election in this case pertains to the year 2000. Learned state counsel states that fresh election has already been held in 2005. Therefore, nothing would survive for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
