Judgment 1. Learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner has pointed out that no other witness is required to be examined and only the cross-examination of PW-9 A. K. Rajvanshi remains to be effected. In view of above, I am of the considered view that one opportunity deserves to be granted to the petitioner so as to allow the respondent to cross-examine this witness. The examination-in-chief of this witness had taken place on 10.12.2003 when the affidavit in respect of examination-in-chief was tendered. The additional opportunity flowing from this order shall be subject to payment of Rs.2,500/- as costs. The trial Court shall fix a date for that purpose. The revision petition stands disposed of in the above terms. A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
