Judgment 1. Notice of motion. On our asking, Mr. Harish Rathee, Senior Deputy Advocate General, haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the controversy in the instant writ petition is the same as in the case of balraj and others V/s. State of Haryana and others (C. W. P. No.2743 of 2006, decided on 20.3.2006 ). In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as Balrajs case (supra ).
