Judgment 1. No case is made out for quashing the FIR at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the objections, which he has raised in this petition, before the trial Court. If any such objection is raised, trial Court shall take notice of the same and decide it expeditiously. Disposed of.
