ORDER : 1. The Monitoring Committee has filed its 16th Report dated 23rd November, 2006, in regard to the sealing of C.T.C. Plaza. The Report shows that, as far back as on 12th July, 1995, notice under Section 338 was issued for revocation of the building plan. The Report further sets out various large scale illegalities, including encroachments. Be that as it may, it is necessary to grant an opportunity to the parties to file their response to the Report. A copy of the Report be given to the learned Amicus Curiae, learned counsel for the applicant, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority and the Union of India. 2. The applicant is granted, as sought, one week's time to file its response in the form of an affidavit. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Union of India and the Delhi Development Authority may file reply thereto within one week thereafter. The learned Amicus Curiae is also permitted to file his submission on consideration of the Report and the affidavits that may be filed by the applicant and the authorities within a week after the authorities file their reply. 3. List the interlocutory application after three weeks.
