Judgment 1. The allegation made in the instant contempt petition is that the order dated 7.2.2006 (P-2), passed by the Commissioner, jalandhar Division, Jalandhar, has been violated, which concern staying of proceedings before the Collector, Gurdaspur. The matter has come up for consideration on 23.3.2006 when no one has put in appearance in support of the petition. The position continuous to be the same. The instant contempt petition is not maintainable and even no one has put in appearance. Dismissed.
