Judgment 1. It is admitted position that the Gram Panchayat was restrained from making any recommendation in favour of Bimla mehmi, who was respondent No.6 in the writ petition. However, she has been appointed as Anangwari Worker without the recommendation of the Gram Panchayat. I do not find any violation of the directions issued by this court on 18.8.2005 in C. W. P. No.12843 of 2005. Dismissed.
