JUDGMENT : S.H. Kapadia J. It is stated by Mr. Gopal Subramaniam, learned Additional Solicitor General that the Report to which reference was made in the earlier order has already been tabled in the Parliament on 01.12.2006. He wants to place on record a copy of the same by the next date of hearing. He also stated that counter affidavit, if any, to the writ petition filed by Mr. Shiv Khera, i.e Writ Petition (C) No.269 of 2006 shall be filed in the meantime. The matter is adjourned by six weeks. 2. It is stated that a separate writ petition (Writ Petition Diary No.31647 of 2006) has been filed. The same shall be tagged on to the present writ petition. Defects pointed out shall be rectified within two weeks. 3. Issue notice in the said petition. 4. Counter, if any, to the said writ petition shall also be filed before the next date. 5. It is stated that I.A. No.8 is an application for impleadment in W.P.(C) No.265/2006. The same shall be considered when the main matter is taken up.
