Judgment Viney Mittal and j. JJ. 1. Shri Kanwaljit Singh,learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the court that he has already inspected the record made available to him by the learned counsel appearing for respondents no.2 and 3. 2. According to the learned counsel respondents No.2 and 3 be directed to supply the detailed mark sheet to the petitioner and the present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if the need so arise on the same cause of action. 3. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to supply the detailed mark card to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the day a certified copy of this order is received. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as claimed by the petitioner.
