Judgment :- (Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order No.C3.Thakka.Order No.28/2006 dated 16.3.2006 passed by the second respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Perumal S/o.Mary now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Hon'ble Court and set the detenu at liberty.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represents that based on the information of the Advisory Board, the Government has revoked the detention order passed in the above case. 2. The above statement is hereby recorded. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and the same is closed.
