Judgment :- (Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in Cr.M.P.No.6/2006 dated 07.03.2006, quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu Vellaiyan, son of Raman (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.) Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents reports that the detention order has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.923 Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department dated 10.05.2006 and hence, as on date nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.
