GANGA RAM v. STATE OF UTTAR PRADESH

2006-06-14

K.N.SINHA

body2006
JUDGMENT Hon’ble K.N. Sinha, J.—Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. appearing for State. 2. Almost all the offences except under Section 452, I.P.C. are bailable. In such type of cases bail could have been granted by Sessions Judge instead of wasting time of this Court. 3. Allowing or rejecting the bail application should not be based on the whims of the Court. 4. Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail. Let applicants Ganga Ram and Bharat Ram be released on bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2006 under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C, P.S. Trilikpur, District Siddharth Nagar on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate. Bail Application Granted. ————
