Judgment ( 1 ) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant Bhanwarlal @ bhanwaria @ Dundhia. The first bail application preferred by the applicant was not pressed on 15/12/2003 while pressing the bail applications for the other co-accused by distinguishing the case of the applicant from the case of other co-accused. Thereafter on 22/11/2005 second bail application was rejected finding no change in the circumstances. The third bail application has been moved within 6 months from the rejection of second bail application. ( 2 ) HAVING considered the third bail application, we see no change in the circumstances to suspend the sentence of the applicant. The application is, therefore, rejected.
