Judgment 1. On our asking, Mr. Ashok Aggarwal, Additional Advocate general, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 and 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner filed objections contesting provisional timings allotted to respondent no.3 ahead of the timings of the petitioners bus, which has a valid route permit to operate on Muktsar to Faridkot via Kotkapura part of Amritsar to abohar route. The solitary contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the aforesaid objections having been filed on 21.12.2005 (Annexure P6) and a large number of reminders (Annexures P7 to P12) having been issued, the same have yet to be disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i. e. the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, ferozepur, requiring him to take a final decision on the objections filed by the petitioner on 21.12.2005 (Annexure P6 ). Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection to the disposal of the instant writ petition in terms of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioner, we consider it just and appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition by directing respondent No.2 i. e. the secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Ferozepur, to take a final decision on the objections filed by the petitioner on 21.12.2005 (Annexure P6) by passing a well reasoned speaking order within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
