Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents to treat him as trained Assistant Teacher with effect from 22.3.1983 and to pay him difference of salary etc. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in addition to graduation, the petitioner also obtained Sahityalankar, equivalent to B.A. trained teacher, and, thus, he is entitled for trained scale with effect from 22.3.1983. 4. It appears that the petitioner earlier had come to this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3030 of 1984, which was disposed of vide order dated 18.9.1984, as contained in Annexure 2 and pursuant to the order passed by this Court, he is getting untrained scale. 5. It is not known to this Court as to when the petitioner was already entitled for graduate trained scale, much before filing of the writ application, as referred to above, why directions were issued for payment of untrained scale, and, accordingly, he got the same. Moreso, this writ application has been filed after several years of the order passed by this Court, as contained in Annexure 2. 6. In this view of the matter, in my opinion, it would not be desirable to issue any direction for treating the petitioner as B.A. trained teacher. However, it is left open to the petitioner to put forth his grievances before the respondent authorities, which would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 7. This disposes of the writ application.
