After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the deputy Commissioner, Rewari for redressal of their grievance. If any such representation/application is filed by the petitioner before the Deputy commissioner, Rewari within a period of two months from the day a certified copy of this ordered is received, then the Deputy commissioner, rewari shall look into the matter and take such appropriate action which may be required in accordance with law. 2. A copy of this order be given dasti on usual charges.
