Judgment M. M. KUMAR, J. 1. The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation and legal notice (P-1 and P-2 respectively ). The representation and legal notice are in respect of posting the petitioner from one place to another. 2. Under law there is no legal right to seek posting at a particular place. It is well settled, no mandamus could be issued by this Court for deciding such like legal notice as there is no right to seek posting at a particular place, as has been laid down by a Constitution Bench judgment of HON BLE supreme Court in the case of Dr. Shivendra Bahadur V/s. The Governing Body of the Nalanda College, 1962 Supp.2 SCR 144. In view of above, we dismiss the writ petition.
