JUDGMENT Hon’ble S.P. Mehrotra, J.—It appears that Civil Misc. Application No. 31226 of 2006 has been filed on behalf of Smt. Sadhana Sinha (petitioner-applicant), inter-alia, praying that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant Contempt Petition. 2. An Affidavit, sworn by the said Smt. Sadhana Sinha on 10th February, 2006, has been filed in support of the aforementioned Application. 3. It is, inter-alia, stated in the aforementioned Application that during the pendency of the proceedings initiated by the petitioner-applicant, the petitioner-applicant has tendered her resignation on 2nd March, 2005 ; and that the petitioner-applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter before this Court against the Opposite Parties, and as such, she wants to withdraw the instant Contempt Petition. 4. Sri Prashant Mathur, learned Counsel for the petitioner-applicant states that in view of the facts and circumstances stated in the aforementioned Application and its accompanying Affidavit, the Contempt Petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. In view of the statement made by Sri Prashant Mathur, learned Counsel for the petitioner-applicant and in view of the averments made in the aforementioned Application and its accompanying Affidavit, the instant Contempt Petition, namely, Civil Misc. Contempt Application No. 3465 of 2004 is dismissed as not pressed. 6. Show cause notices issued to the Opposite Parties are discharged. 7. It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioner-applicant to file a fresh Contempt Petition on the same cause of action. Petition Dismissed. ———
