Judgment ( 1 ) IN furtherance of what transpired on 21. 4. 06, mr. Chanda has produced a letter of the sponsorer bank i. e. Bank of Baroda informing the decision of the Andhra Pradesh high Court, and further action taken thereafter, and the decision arrived at. ( 2 ) IN my view, in view of the aforesaid fresh decision having been arrived at, the controversy in the present writ petition no more survives. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous. However, it is made clear that it will be open to the petitioner to assail the decision now arrived at as appearing in the letter produced by Mr. Chanda, if the petitioner feels aggrieved of that decision.
