Judgment ( 1 ) THIS is second bail application seeking suspension of sentence filed on behalf of applicant-appellant Amzad. Heard learned Amicus Curiae for the applicantappellant and public prosecutor for the State. Perused the judgment and order impugned and record of the trial court. ( 2 ) WHILE rejecting the earlier bail application by order dated 19. 5. 2005, it was noticed that the applicant-appellant inflicted a Katar, a sharp edged weapon, injury underneath the chest of PW-4 Babulal which was found to be grievous in nature and dangerous to life. After rejecting the earlier bail application, i do not find any change in the circumstances. ( 3 ) THE second bail application seeking suspension of sentence is therefore, dismissed. Record of the trial court has been received. The appeal itself may be listed for hearing.
