Judgment J. S. Khehar, J. 1. On 26.10.1998, learned for the petitioner sought more time to affix court fee for each of the petitioners. The main case was, accordingly, adjourned sine die to be listed for motion hearing as and when court fee was affixed. 2. Neither has the court fee been filed till date nor has any effort been made to pursue the main case after 26.10.1998. In view of the above, it is apparent that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue the instant writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed for reasons of non-prosecution.
