Judgment ( 1 ) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. By way of filing the present petition under section 482 Cr. P. C. , the petitioner has prayed for making necessary correction in the cause-title of the bail application as well as in the order dated 23. 5. 2006 passed by this Court in SB Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2131/2006. ( 2 ) IT is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently due to typographical error in the cause-title of the bail application, the name of Police Station Sanchore has wrongly been typed whereas the case was registered at Police station Raniwada. ( 3 ) ACCORDINGLY, the petition is allowed and it is directed that in the cause-title of bail application as well as in the order dated 23. 5. 2006 passed by this Court in SB Criminal Misc. Bail application No. 2131/2006, Police Station Raniwada shall be read in place of Police Station Sanchore.
