Judgment 1. On 20.1.2004, following order was passed by this Court: "shri Sharma requests for an adjournment to enable his client to challenge Annexure P.2. Put up as and when application for amendment is filed" 2. Thereafter, when no application was moved, the matter was put up for hearing by the Registry before this Court. None appeared on on behalf of the petitioner on 30.3.2006 despite notice. It appears that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has lost interest in the litigation. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
