Judgment 1. The petitioners have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing order dated 8.11.2005 (Annexure P-2)whereby they have been transferred from District Yamunanagar to district kurukshetra, whereas they belong to the district cadre of yamunanagar. 2. The matter is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this court in the case of Vinod Kumari and others vs. The State of haryana and others (CWP No.66 of 2006 decided on 4.4.2006) where, in such like cases, comprehensive directions have been issued. 3. In view of the above, we allow this writ petition in terms of the division Bench judgment of this Court in Vinod Kumari and others (Supra ).
