In the joint written statement filed on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3, it is inter alia asserted that no person junior to the petitioner has been promoted as Block Primary Education Officer. It is also asserted therein that merely Drawing and Disbursing powers were given to draw the salary of the teachers, to Smt. Raj Rani. 2. In view of the above, it is apparent that the claim of the petitioner is clearly misconceived and the instant writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
