JAGDISH SINGH KHEHAR, P.S.PATWALIA

body2006
Judgment J. S. Khehar, J. 1. Annexure P-17 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 22.09.2005 reveals that the petitioner Jagjit Kaur has been promoted to the post of Assistant w. e. f.04.07.1983 and thereafter to the post of Superintendent w. e. f.23.8.1996. 2. We are, therefore, of the view that the order dated 28.6.2001 (Annexure P-11), by which the petitioner was earlier reverted, has now become meaningless qua the petitioner. 3. In the facts and circumstances noticed herein above, we are satisfied that the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Be that as it may, if the petitioner is dis-satisfied with the relief granted to her, through the order dated 22.09.2005 (Annexure P-17), liberty is granted to the petitioner to impugn the same through a separate writ petition.
