Judgment J. S. Khehar, J. 1. Notice of motion. On our asking, Mr. Ashok Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents states that it is not necessary to file a formal written statement in this case and that the instant matter can be disposed of today in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.15632 of 2002. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure the payment of honorarium to the petitioners within three months from today for the period the petitioners discharged duties as anganwari workers with effect from October/november 2001 onwards. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Order dasti on payment of usual charges.
