Judgment :- (Writ appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 24.09.2001 made in W.P.No.12483 of 2001.) P. Sathasivam, J. The above writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned single Judge dated 24.09.2001 made in W.P.No.12483 of 2001, in and by which, the learned single Judge after quashing the impugned order, permitted the writ petitioner to write the examination in the failed papers without rejoining the course. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned Senior Counsel for the contesting first respondent. 3. It is brought to our notice that pursuant to the impugned order, the first respondent wrote the failed subject and has completed the course. In view of the above factual statement, we are of the view that there is no need to go into the correctness of the order at this juncture. It is made clear that the conclusion arrived at by the learned single Judge is to be confined to the facts of the case of the first respondent and we are not giving any decision on the same. In view of the disposal of the writ appeal, the appellant is directed to publish the results immediately. 4. The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. WAMP No.19211 of 2001 is closed.
