Judgment M. M. KUMAR and j. JJ. 1. Learned State counsel has handed over to the counsel for the petitioner a demand draft bearing No.640593 dated 9.5.2006 drawn at the state Bank of India in the sum of Rs.1,26,590/- on account of medical reimbursement. However, learned counsel for the petitioner expresses apprehension with regard to the adequacy of the amount and requests for permission to make a representation, if such a necessity arises. We dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and if any such representation is made, then the respondents shall take a decision thereon within four weeks from the date of its receipt.
