Judgment :- (Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in letter No.50738/308 G56/2006-1 dated 27.4.2006 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner with all back-wages and benefits.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the 3rd respondent dated 27.4.2006 under which the 3rd respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner for recruitment on the basis that the there is no provision under the Electricity Board for appointing any person directly and the employment exchange has to be sponsored names for recruitment. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that it would suffice a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3.7.2006 and pass appropriate orders. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for respondents. 4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 3.7.2006 in respect of recruitment of the petitioner to the required post and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
