Judgment 1. Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the order of the Division Bench passed in C.W.J.C. No. 198 of 1995, contained in Annexure-R/1, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to enable the petitioner to seek remedy under section 152 of the Patna Municipal Corporation Act, 1951 . 2. The prayer is allowed. 3. The petitioner is at liberty to file an application for stay in light of the order passed on 30.10.2002.
