Judgment :- Learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 2. The writ petitioner was shown as senior to his junior K. Anbalagan in the cadre of Grade I Police Constable as it is seen from the order dated 1.9.1994. Likewise, he is also shown as senior to K. Anbalagan as head constable, as it is seen from the order dated 1.10.1999. However, the petitioner's salary is less than his junior K. Anbalagan. In view of the same, he has made a representation to the first respondent on 7.4.2006 for the pay fixation on par with his immediate junior K. Anbalagan. It is for the purpose of a direction to pass orders on that representation, the writ petition is filed. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 7.4.2006 in respect of the fixation of pay of the petitioner on par with his immediate junior of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
