ORDER Vinod K. Sharma, J. - The learned counsel appearing for the Objections challenged the finding of learned Tribunal on issue No. 2 to contend that the income of the deceased had not been correctly assessed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. 2. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the Objectors contended that the evidence was brought on record to show that he was a contractor and a lease of mango garden was given to him by Suresh Pal who had appeared as PW5. Learned counsel for the Objectors on the basis of evidence submitted that the income of the deceased could not be taken to be less than Rs. 10,000/- per month. 3. I have considered the contention raised by the learned counsel and find no force in the same. Learned Tribunal took note of the evidence brought on record and rejected the same on the ground that no lease deed was produced on record to show whether any lease of mango garden was given to him. Learned Tribunal has rightly assessed the income of the deceased to be Rs. 800/- per month and suitable multiplier has been applied. No ground is made out to interfere in the findings of the learned Additional. Accordingly, the cross-objections are also dismissed. Appeal dismissed.
