JUDGMENT 1. Heard Mr. B.C. Das, learned senior counsel for the applicant. 2. This is an application for withdrawal of the review application No. 72/2005 filed by the present Petitioner. 3. It has been stated that the applicant intends to withdraw the review application in the interest of justice and prayed for leave of this Court to which, Mr. C.K. Sarma Baruah, learned Advocate General, Arunachal Pradesh has no objection. 4. Leave is granted. The applicant is at liberty to withdraw the said review application. 5. The review application stands disposed of on withdrawal. The orders dated 3rd August, 2005 and 31st August, 2005 passed in the review application shall stand recalled. It shall not form part of the record. 6. Registry is directed to proceed in accordance with the order passed by the learned Single Judge on 29.7.2005 in WP (C) No. 5416/2005. 7. The Miscellaneous Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
