JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the appellant. 2. This appeal is directed against the order passed by learned Single Judge in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 883/2001. 3. The said appeal was directed under Section 96 C.P.C. against the judgment and decree passed by Shri S.L. Chhajed, R.H.J.S., District Judge, Bhilwara on 27.4.2000. Thus, this intra Court appeal is against the judgment dated 16.5.2006 passed by learned Single Judge in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 883/2001. 4. Section 100-A of the Civil Procedure Code bars any intra Court appeal under any existing law. In view thereof, this appeal in our opinion, is not maintainable. 5. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed.Appeal dismissed. *******
