( 1 ) SINCE W. P. No. 2653/1997 (Gemeran remedies Ltd. v. Presiding Officer, Labour court No. 1, Bhopal and Others), which was jointly heard with the present petition, has been decided and partly allowed by this Court vide its judgment dated February 14, 2006, therefore, accordingly the present petition filed by the petitioner, which is W. P. No. 575/1997 stands dismissed. .
