Judgment Viney Mittal and j. JJ. 1. Notice of motion to the respondents. On the asking of Court, Shri Sukhdip Singh Brar, additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and having gone through the averments made in the present petition, we find that the controversy in the present case is squarely covered by a division Bench judgment of this Court dated May 9, 2006 passed in cwp No.10476 of 2005 (M/s Romana Builders and Colonizers V/s. State of Punjab and others ). Consequently, we dispose of the present writ petition in terms of M/s. Romana Builders and Colonizerss case (supra ). A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
